That extra hour, gone.
For good.

Tyll closes the night for you. Every till, every payment, every room charge, matched automatically. 91 % of hotels still do it by hand.

The problem

The property is closed.
Someone is still counting.

4 in 5 hotel teams lose a day a week to spreadsheets. Every night someone stops and checks the numbers by hand, till against card batch against folios. Night auditor ads at the big international brands still list the job. That hour is overtime pay, a tired team, and hours that should have gone to guests.

How it works

Four steps, and the night is closed.

Tyll matches deterministically: rules, not guesswork. Opening the close and a minute or two per flagged line comes to about 9 minutes on a normal night.

1 / 4 Connect

  1. Tyll reads the exports your PMS, your POS, your card terminal and your bank already produce. Read-only. Nothing new at the point of sale, and nothing changes in the systems you already run.

  2. Every till, payment, room charge and deposit is checked against the others. Rules, not guesswork: each receipt is tested against the terminal batch, the guest ledger and the drawer count. Twelve hundred lines in a few seconds.

  3. What did not balance comes back on its own, with the euro value at risk and the reason written out: the settlement that never landed, the posting raised twice. On a normal night that is four lines out of 1.214, not a report to read.

  4. Review the few lines that need you, then one export in the format your books expect. Click run, go home.

Operations

Every number your
night produces.

Tyll reads what you already run, and nothing at the till has to change. Tills, card settlements, the guest ledger and the bank feed, every outlet, every night. It reads the exports those systems already produce, so there is nothing to install and nothing in them changes, including how your team works in them.

Security

It reads your numbers.
Nothing else.

Tyll connects read-only. It writes nothing back to your PMS, your POS or your bank, and it never needs guest identities.

  2. We connect your systems

We point Tyll at the exports your PMS, your POS and your bank already produce. Read-only. Nothing changes in the systems you run.

  3. We close one night alongside you

You close by hand, Tyll closes in parallel, and we compare the two. You see what it caught.

  4. You stop closing by hand

Click run at the end of service. What did not balance comes back as a short list, and nothing else does.
